Emergencies
This website, its forms, the chat assistant and WhatsApp are not monitored as emergency services. If someone is in danger or a crime is in progress, call 911. Existing clients should call our 24/7 operations line at +1 780-305-3588.

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information about our company and services. It isn't professional, legal or security advice for your particular situation, and it isn't a binding offer. Services, coverage areas, response times and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.
Quotes and service agreements
Sending a quote request, message or application doesn't create a contract and doesn't commit either side. Security services are provided under a written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties. Digital and IT projects follow the scope, price and schedule in a written proposal or statement of work. Where those documents differ from this website, the signed documents apply.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is an automated guide. It gives general answers from the information on this website and doesn't replace talking to our team. Its answers may be incomplete, so please confirm anything important, such as coverage, timing or cost, with us directly.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully. Don't:
- send false information or apply on someone else's behalf without their permission;
- send spam, malware or anything harmful through our forms;
- try to get into areas you're not authorized for, including the admin area, or disrupt the site or its security;
